Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at Wah Kiu Farm Ltd. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our farm, from planting and harvesting crops to maintaining equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting and Packing: Hand harvest vegetables, fruits, and seedlings, and pack them for distribution.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean work areas, greenhouses, and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Write daily progress reports to track farm activities and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 48 hours per week.
