Media Project Leader

Role Overview: As a key player in our organization, you will oversee and facilitate the deployment of Broadcast Media Solutions on a global scale, ensuring professionalism and timeliness throughout the process. Your leadership will guide the project team in delivering systems that meet established specifications during the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning and execution of projects
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Identify project tasks and resource needs
  • Create comprehensive project plans
  • Recruit and manage project personnel
  • Oversee project financials
  • Allocate resources effectively across the project
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Utilize appropriate tools to monitor project deliverables
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project
  • Continuously assess and report on project progress to stakeholders
  • Prepare reports detailing project status, challenges, and solutions
  • Implement and manage changes to achieve project goals
  • Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in implementing projects within a Broadcast software environment
  • Hands-on experience with broadcast automation, device control, media management, and desktop workflows
  • Familiarity with Broadcast IT and network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of application integration with business systems using XML
  • Understanding of current digital video compression standards and formats
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
