About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Masa Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
