Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Coast Bastion Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, providing exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food and beverage service management.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
