Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Art-is-in Bakery Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Job Summary:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure the best possible products.
  • Collaborate with our restaurant management team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, culinary techniques, and food safety protocols to maintain our high standards.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and industry trends.
