About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. in a key role that will drive business growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate and position our value-added services and product benefits
  • Lead the development and execution of new programs and initiatives that are critical to the expansion of our market share and revenue targets
  • Strategize and leverage various marketing channels and tactics to contribute positively to the customer journey and enhance product adoption and usage
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI, using data-driven insights and analytics
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and our competitors to best position and differentiate Intello Technologies Inc.'s unique selling proposition in the market
  • Communicate ideas effectively with senior management and navigate stakeholder relationships to get buy-in and drive projects forward
  • Leverage excellent writing skills to develop and evolve our customer communications and in-market messages
  • Be prepared for out-of-the-box thinking and trialling different approaches to determine the optimal methods to drive awareness and demand
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or strategy, preferably in the technology or health industry
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Deeply curious with exceptional analytical abilities and understand the importance of using data to make informed decisions and ensure ROI
  • Strong initiative to naturally drive and collaborate on projects from start to finish in a strategic manner, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at once
  • A growth mindset and feel highly comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, managing budgets and facilitating cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment and current Intello Technologies Inc. assets and teams
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management software and Google stack
  • Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business
  • Tenacity, resilience, and leadership that enables you to organize and lead initiatives, overcome challenges, and build solutions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex business challenges to find optimal solutions
  • Self-aware with the ability to give, take, and act on, feedback and boundary setting in a positive way
