About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager at Victoria Newitt Recruitment. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead Marketing Team: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to our Marketing Team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of national brand communications, including internal communications, PR, social media, web, email, and paid advertising campaigns through traditional and digital platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans, including the planning and production of creative content, such as photoshoots, video production, web development, and other branded communications.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Collaborate with our Director of Strategic Partnerships to plan and execute client acquisition and retention programs that support the industry and film community.
  • Marketing Alignment: Lead cross-functional working groups to increase alignment between Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, and senior leadership teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and maintain excellent relationships with leaders across all business units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevancy of all marketing initiatives and branded content.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years of people management and 2+ years working within a B2B sales organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Skills: Proven experience leading integrated tactical campaigns, customer-centric marketing, strategic leadership, strong communication and project management skills, and experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
