Culinary Services Supervisor

As a Food Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our culinary team at Basha Donair & Shawarma. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established control standards.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for food services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Work Term: Permanent
