Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to contact clients to provide proactive service and support.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with advisors and other team members to provide seamless service and support to clients.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the management of client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, advisors, and other team members.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and products, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
