Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans for assigned therapeutic specialties, including music therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
  • Provide direct contact instruction and training to patients on their treatment plans.
  • Train staff to ensure continuity of treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of treatment plans, including functional skills assessments and data collection.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
