About the Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to achieve business objectives, including financial and administrative controls
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Oversee the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to drive business growth and awareness

Supervision and Team Management

  • Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a government or public sector organization
  • Proven track record of success in business administration, including strategic planning, policy development, and team management
  • Strong knowledge of business software applications, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
