Mail Operations Associate

Job Opportunity
Canada Post is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Postal Clerk. As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support to our clients
- Operate a computer point of sale system and process financial transactions
- Maintain floor displays and conduct merchandizing and inventory control
- Process mail and packages, including receiving, sorting, and batching
- Operate mail processing equipment and transport mail between floors/sections
- Review mail items for address accuracy and proper postage
- Work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in customer service in a retail environment
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a production environment and lift up to 50 lbs
