About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at BRP, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of powersports vehicles and marine products. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our vehicles, working closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and validate electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for our vehicles, including circuit diagrams, component lists, and wiring diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.
  • Work with our manufacturing team to ensure that electrical systems are properly assembled and tested.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical system issues, and develop corrective actions to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including service, production, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit design, electronics, and electromechanics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
