About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at BRP, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of powersports vehicles and marine products. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development and validation of electrical and mechatronics systems for our VTT vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop electrical systems for VTT vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics, component lists, and design documentation.
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines for electrical system development.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth assembly and testing of prototype vehicles.
  • Analyze technical issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Service and Production.
Requirements
  • D.E.C. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, electromechanics, and circuit design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance.
  • Autonomous, responsible, and team-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in English is required for this role, as you will be working with technical documentation and communicating with international suppliers.
