About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Chicken Chef. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
