About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Babies 'N' Tos Daycare Inc. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and care of our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our children, including daycare equipment and facilities.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts to promote their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Communicate with parents through written observations and progress reports.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss the progress and well-being of our children.
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • 2 years of experience in a daycare setting or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Setting
