We are in search of a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about customer satisfaction and driven to provide an exceptional retail experience. In this position, you will engage with customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat, serving as their primary contact.

Schedule: Monday to Friday & Sunday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries (in French and English) and providing detailed information about Sleep Country products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through virtual channels, ensuring a balance between efficiency and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Manage post-sale inquiries, follow up on customer questions regarding orders or deliveries, and effectively resolve issues through proactive communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain open communication with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely resolution of key issues.
- Coordinate with courier and warehouse partners daily to address customer concerns and facilitate smooth order deliveries.
- Build and manage relationships with various suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales, or a related field.
- Adept at engaging with diverse customer personalities and understanding their needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and analytical in approach.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
- Availability to work various shifts on a full-time basis, including some evenings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
