Job Title: Driver

At Tony's Fresh Market, we're committed to excellence in everything we do. As a Driver, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach our customers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect trailers and record any defects to ensure safe transportation.
  • Collaborate with the Shipping department to load and unload trailers, maximizing yard space.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor/trailers and electronic logging device (ELD) logs according to state and federal regulations.
  • Drive for extended periods, navigating various driving environments and weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime, with a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work Environment:

As a Driver, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, often in varying weather conditions. You'll be required to sit for long periods, with additional physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent twisting, turning, and reaching.
