Senior Manager, Land Development and Municipal Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Southwest Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects from conceptual planning to project delivery
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage project finances, budgets, and resources
- Oversee project approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and mentor staff to achieve business objectives
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment focused on land development projects
- Extensive project management experience on land development and municipal engineering projects
- Registered as a P. Eng. in Ontario
- Expert knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario
- Strong client management skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and project management skills
- Valid driver's license in Ontario
- Well-developed network within the land development industry
