Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and support to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
