Job Title: Food and Beverage Floor Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Floor Manager to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.

- Knowledge of food safety protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
