About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tiffin Variety. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents, and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
  • Technology: Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, and ensure the effective use of technology to support our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
