Key Responsibilities- Provide level 1, 2, and 3 IT support to clients, including proactive monitoring of issues and management of cloud and hybrid environments.
- Configure, repair, and deploy computers and network equipment, as well as participate in the deployment of new environments and migrations of existing environments.
- Collaborate with the IT management team on client/internal projects and write technical documentation for the team.
- Hold a DEC or AEC in computer science.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, as well as Microsoft 365, Windows 7 and 10, and Microsoft Office 2010-2019.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, etc.), and networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
- Bilingualism (oral and written) and a valid driving license.
- 3-5 years of experience as a systems administrator and functional knowledge of Linux, Python, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- AWS or Microsoft certification is an asset.
- Resourcefulness and initiative.

- Professionalism and discretion.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
- In rare cases, may be required to work outside of normal office hours.
