CB Canada is seeking a skilled crisis management professional to deliver workplace trauma response and organizational crisis management services on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional on-site crisis management services tailored to the specific needs of each incident and organizational culture.
- Conduct individual and group crisis interventions, debriefings, and consultations for corporate clients.
- Maintain close communication with Crisis Management Services Managers throughout the service delivery process.
- Ensure accurate documentation of services rendered in compliance with CB Canada standards.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in workplace crisis management.
- Formal training in trauma response, psychological first aid, and critical incident response (e.g., CISM; NOVA, Psychological First Aid, or similar accredited training).
- Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise specified by CB Canada.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in written and verbal French is an asset.
- Flexibility and availability to respond after hours as needed during weekdays and weekends.
- Exceptional clinical assessment and crisis management skills, along with excellent customer service delivery.
- Proven crisis-based clinical judgment and intervention skills to assist employees during traumatic events.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook).
