Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Roseway Manor. As a CCA, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in long-term care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
  • Provincial Certification as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional care and service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
