Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care

Requirements:

* Completion of a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) program or equivalent
* Valid Health Care Aide Certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in emergency situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
