Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

Oyster Freight Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Train staff on duties and policies, and arrange training for employees.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Working Hours:

35-40 hours per week.
