Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

Oyster Freight Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Train staff on duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, and requisition or order materials and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
