The Junior Civil Engineering Associate will engage in tasks of moderate complexity and accountability. This role involves the assessment and oversight of construction inspection activities conducted by Resident Engineering Inspection consultants.
Regular site visits are required, and collaboration with resident engineers and inspectors is essential to ensure compliance with MURK standards for documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute additional related tasks and contribute to various Bridge projects.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in project documentation.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
- One year of relevant full-time experience in civil engineering tasks.
- A master's degree in civil engineering may substitute for experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A valid driver's license from New York State is necessary.
This position is also open to qualified individuals with disabilities who meet the criteria for the 55-a Program.
