In this capacity, you will oversee all facets of the Installation, Service & Modernization sectors, including Profit & Loss management, sales and operational strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while also serving as a motivating leader for the branch.

What does a typical day entail?
  • Championing our core values: Safety, Integrity & Quality
  • Inspiring, coaching, and nurturing a team of both office and field personnel
  • Driving financial outcomes and overseeing Profit & Loss responsibilities
  • Enhancing operational efficiencies across all domains, including route optimization and resource allocation
  • Partnering with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting profitability and market presence
  • Expanding our customer base and fostering long-term, successful relationships
  • Leading transformation initiatives aligned with the Operating Unit roadmap

  • Proven leadership experience in operations or sales
  • A background in construction/engineering, with elevator industry experience being a plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives
