**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering team in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our cutting-edge roll form technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Provide Strategic Guidance:** Offer strategic direction to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry advancements.
  • **Team Leadership:** Build and manage a skilled engineering team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continual improvement.
  • **Technical Roadmap:** Develop and implement the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • **Technical Expertise:** Demonstrate a solid technical background, with a strong understanding of roll form technology and its applications.
  • **Leadership Experience:** Proven experience in effectively leading and expanding engineering teams with roll form expertise, driving growth and success.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
