About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Smart Wireless. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide personalized solutions.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
