As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we collect all monies owed for any warranty work completed on our Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Confirmation of all criteria as required by manufacturers and any third parties involved
* Settlement of warranty receivables, with collection of payments and resubmission of rejected claims promptly
* Process all retail, warranty and internal repair orders into the system, while verifying the accuracy, and creating work order requests to complete repairs.
* Organize with outside vendors and manufacturers to order replacement parts and track delivery and receipt
* Maintain knowledge of any and all recalls on products
* All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Valid G Driver's License
* Clean Drivers Abstract
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Previous warranty experience and specifically RV warranty experience is considered an asset
* Technically savvy
* Hardworking and ability to take pride in work
* Attention to detail
* Team player
