Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
