Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demands.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and increase sales.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Computer Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
