We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Care Officer to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Insurance Advice Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior client service, listening to and connecting with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant insurance advice and solutions.
- Handle complex escalations and provide coaching to mitigate future problems and build employee capabilities.
- Identify root causes and develop action plans to prevent similar issues from occurring.
- Partner with leaders to build leader, team, and employee capabilities for problem resolution, product, and underwriting knowledge.
- Contribute to the achievement of the centre's overall client survey results by focusing on call quality and differentiating the client experience.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will regularly serve clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada.
- Proven experience in Home and Auto Insurance (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Damage Insurance license and OTL license for Ontario are required, along with the ability to obtain provincial licenses in Eastern provinces.
- Proven communication and problem resolution competencies.
- Flexibility to work Monday – Friday between 8:00AM - 8:00PM.
