The Senior Consultant in PC&B Governance & Risk plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective risk management within the People, Culture & Brand (PC&B) domain. This position is integral to the governance framework and supports the operational risk management initiatives across the organization.

Role Responsibilities:
- Risk Management Leadership: Collaborate with PC&B Lines of Business (LOBs) to provide expert guidance on risk management practices, ensuring adherence to the Operational Risk Management Program requirements.
- People Risk Associate Duties: Act as a key player in the People Risk Control Function, facilitating independent assessments of risk management processes and supporting the execution of Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs) and Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSAs).
- Governance Support: Offer strategic advice to PC&B partners on governance matters, and lead internal audits by collaborating with various stakeholders to address and resolve deficiencies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in managing regulatory requests and submissions, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met effectively.
