Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement effective pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and drive customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads.
