**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor (Full-Time) at Giant Tiger. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Execute our sales strategies, including planning and setting up sales events, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
- Support the store manager in implementing engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and community outreach.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
**Requirements**
- 3 years of experience in store management or a related field.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong merchandising and sales skills, with the ability to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the store team and external partners.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
