Primary Care Medical Director Opportunity in Northern Vermont

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Primary Care and Outpatient Medicine team in northern Vermont. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding outpatient care, facilitating office flow, and addressing day-to-day clinical aspects.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Primary Care and Outpatient Medicine team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
- Work closely with our IT and Marketing teams to optimize our electronic medical record system and develop effective marketing strategies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient primary care
- Strong leadership and clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Experience with electronic medical records and practice management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
