Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Seoul Country Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
  • Load and unload dishwashers, and wash dishes by hand
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with supplies
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Assist with receiving and storing supplies, including food, ingredients, and cleaning materials
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by kitchen staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30-44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
