  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
