About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 438059 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
    • Ensure that all restaurant systems and procedures are followed, including health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff members to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, including inventory control and cash handling.
    • Monitor sales and revenue growth, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
