Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Supreme Sprinklers Inc. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement plans for the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaping features.
  • Supervise Team Members: Lead and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee the allocation of resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of grounds maintenance, including the use of equipment and the handling of materials.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments, including facilities and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and will be expected to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
