Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Designer Flooring. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies, and coordinate office moves and renovations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
