We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at SHAAN COLLECTIONS LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and work with suppliers to procure high-quality products.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a well-trained and motivated team.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
