Overview

Flex-N-Gate, a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components, is seeking a skilled Millwright to join its team. As a vital member of our assembly and manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Millwright, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machinery, installing new equipment, and improving existing processes. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in operating shop equipment and performing basic machining practices in a safe and efficient manner
  • Working knowledge of in-house hydraulics and pneumatics, with the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to improve processes and procedures
