Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust internal communications plan to support our strategic direction and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to shape and draft messaging for senior leaders.
- Lead the Corporate Communications Assistant role and provide guidance on communications best practices.
- Manage and update all content for internal communication channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and adjust tactics and messaging accordingly.
- Ensure internal communication messages align with external messages and provide guidance on messaging consistency.
- Manage day-to-day internal communication activities, including issues and crisis communication.
- Proven experience in strategic internal communications, including leading communications plans and issues management.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to learn the voice and tone of our organization.
- Ability to translate complex organizational initiatives into digestible content that aligns with our strategic direction.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in internal and employee communications, with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
