About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sundine Produce Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise and train other administrative staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and management
  • Skilled in MS Word for document creation and editing
