Do you have the qualifications that will help you thrive in this role?

  • You demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and possess excellent interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
  • You bring at least 5 years of practical technical experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows 7/8/10 Operating Systems for PCs and Macintosh iOS/macOS.
  • You can showcase your technical expertise across all facets of end-user computing, enabling you to tackle complex technical challenges involving PCs, laptops, tablets, networking, and printers.
  • You have a solid understanding of how to diagnose application-related issues.
  • You maintain a strong customer focus and have a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
  • You possess working knowledge of Office 365 applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • You exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • You have completed post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline.
